WVC Vegas Participant Badge Types & Eligibility

Veterinarians (DVM/VMD or Equivalent)

• Includes actively practicing, associate, relief, industry, first-year graduate, and retired veterinarians.

• DVM graduates completing a residency or internship must register as a Veterinarian.

Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, Practice Managers & Administrative Staff

• Administrative staff must be employed by a veterinary facility.

• Practice managers may earn credit toward VHMA accreditation (CVPM) by attending qualifying Practice Management sessions.

Student Badge Categories

DVM Students (U.S. & International)
Currently enrolled DVM students may register online or onsite.

• A valid, current school ID must be presented at Badge Pickup.

• Badges will be printed onsite upon verification.

• Student registration does not apply to DVM graduates (including those in residency or internship programs).

Veterinary Technician Students (U.S. & Canada)
Students must be enrolled in an AVMA-accredited program.

Verification Requirements:

• A letter from the Program Director on official school letterhead verifying current enrollment is required.

• The letter may be submitted via email to support@ViticusGroup.org.

• Once verified, registration will be completed and a confirmation email will be sent.

• Onsite registration is available with proper documentation.
