Is a certificate of liability insurance required?

Yes, all exhibitors must submit a valid certificate of liability insurance 30 days prior to moving into the exhibit hall. Exhibitors may submit their own certificate or purchase coverage through WVC. Please note that any exhibitor who has not submitted their certificate 30 days before move-in will be charged the WVC coverage fee. No, we will not accept a self-provided certificate within the 30-day period. If your renewal falls within the 30-day time frame, you will be required to purchase WVC coverage. In addition, you are required to pay the coverage fee before you will be allowed to move in.
